RANCHO $150 OFF- PRICE WILKINSON SUSPENSION (WA) LIMITED OFFER 2024 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Information on how to participate in the limited offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms & conditions.

2. Entry is only open to customers / installers in Western Australia who purchase Rancho Suspension products (lift kits) via Wilkinson Suspension Centre.

3. This is a limited offer, chance does not play any role in determining a winner and is limited to the five hundred (500) successful participants.
4. This limited offer will not be extended. We encourage all eligible participants to redeem as soon as possible.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, distributors, automotive resellers and agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 
6. The limited offer commences at 8:00am (AWST) on 1/11/2024 and closes at 5.00pm (AWST) on 31/01/2025 (“Offer Period”). 
7. To redeem the limited offer an eligible participant must during the promotional period
     a. visit the promotion site (via the link provided vis digital advertising or the QR code provided on promotional leaflets) and complete all requested information so that it is submitted before the end of the offer period.
     b. A $150 incl GST. discount voucher will be emailed to the nominated email address. (please allow 3 days for validation and return transmission)
     c. The discount voucher code must be surrendered to the dealer/installer at the time of purchase (in person) of the Rancho Lift Kit products where the lift kit price is valued greater than $1000 incl GST. To redeem the voucher online through Wilkinson Suspension (wilkinsonsuspension.com.au) the discount code provided must be applied where indicated on the cart or checkout page prior to completing the transaction.

8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, the identity and place of residence and to disqualify any application deemed to be submitted not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Applications only accepted online in the method as described and will not be accepted in any other way.
10. Only (1) One application per person permitted.
11. An eligible participant will be entitled to claim: 
     a. A Rancho Lift Kit discount voucher each valued at $150 incl GST.
     b. Discount voucher is valid until 31 January 2025
     c. Discount voucher cannot be shared, traded or sold other than the prescribed method as outlined in section 7.
     d. The offer is limited to all available Rancho lift kits at Wilkinson Suspension including limitation on coverage and stock availability.
12. This is a limited offer and will be limited to the first 500 successful claims and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The offer is not valid for individual Rancho products (items) and only for full lift kits and minimum RRP value of Rancho lift kit product must by $1000.
14. Wilkinson Suspension may offer substitute products items in order to complete the lift kits provided Rancho Shocks & Coils are available for the vehicle coverage.
15. If for any reason the eligible participant does not redeem the limited offer, then the limited offer will be forfeited.
16. Total limited offer is valued up to $75,000 incl. GST. 
17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Limited offers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. Eligible Participants consent to the Promoter using the name, likeness and/or image (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period, without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20. If this limited offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Businesses and/or its authorised representative; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
21. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that participant invalid.
22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or limited offer claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a eligible participant use/taking of a limited offer.
24. The Promoter collects personal information of Eligible Participants in order to conduct the limited offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, limited offer suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. All personal information will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found at https://monroe.com.au/disclaimer and https://gorancho.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
25. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the eligible participant. Eligible participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
